1. When does the Privacy Policy apply and why?

This Privacy Policy applies when you use the Social Hub platform (hereinafter "the Application"), developed by Biggie France. Its purpose is to describe how Biggie uses your personal data collected via the Application, acting as the data controller.

2. Who are we?

The Application is published by Biggie France, a simplified joint-stock company with a sole shareholder and a capital of 37,000 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 492 831 003, having its registered office at 125 rue de Saussure, 75017 Paris – France. 3. What Personal Data processing is performed by Biggie France, for what purpose, and on what legal basis?

Biggie France uses your personal data to provide the automated moderation, community management, and competitive analysis service.

This processing is necessary for the performance of the service contract (ToU) and is also based on Biggie France's legitimate interest in improving its artificial intelligence algorithms and ensuring platform security.

4. What data regarding you do we process?

As part of the use of the Application, we collect and process the following categories of data:

A. User Data (Account and Login)

Access to the platform is provided via Firebase Auth (Google authentication). We record your Google profile information necessary for account creation (First name, Last name, Email).

Facebook Login is used exclusively to link your social accounts to our moderation service. In this context, we retrieve:

  • Your profile ID and avatar
  • The list of Facebook pages and Instagram accounts you administer

B. Moderation Data

To provide the moderation service, we process and record content published on your pages (comments, post metadata). This data is processed by our artificial intelligence for analysis and temporary storage on your dashboard.

C. Data from Third-Party Platforms (Facebook / Instagram)

The Application uses official Meta services (Graph API) to function. We only collect and use data strictly necessary for providing the service (moderation, reply, analysis), in compliance with Meta's policies. We only request the permissions required to identify you and interact with the pages you manage.

5. Cookies

To ensure the proper functioning of the platform, we may use cookies (small text files stored on your device). These cookies are technical and essential: they are used solely to keep your session active, secure your connection, and remember your navigation preferences. They are not used for advertising purposes.

6. Who are the recipients of your Personal Data?

Only authorized personnel of Biggie France and technical providers participating in the provision of the service are recipients of your personal data.

  • Biggie France Personnel: Technical and support teams.
  • Google Cloud Platform: Secure infrastructure hosting.
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram): Via official APIs, for retrieving content to be moderated.

We do not sell, rent, or exchange your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

7. Do we transfer your personal data outside the European Union?

Your data is hosted within the European Union (Google Cloud Platform). No transfer of personal data to countries not providing an adequate level of protection is planned.

8. How long do we keep your personal data?

  • Account Data: Kept as long as your account is active and up to 3 years after your last activity.
  • Moderation Data (Comments): Kept for 3 years after analysis, then automatically deleted.
  • Connection Logs: Kept for 1 year.

9. What security measures are put in place?

To provide the highest level of security for your personal data, Biggie France implements:

  • Encryption of data in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest.
  • Strict access control (Authentication, role management).
  • Regular security audits.
  • Hosting in certified data centers (Google Cloud).

10. What are your rights and how to exercise them?

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  1. Access and be informed: Know the data we hold about you.
  2. Rectify: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  3. Erase: Request the deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"), subject to legal obligations.
  4. Restrict: Request the limitation of processing in certain cases.
  5. Object: Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  6. Post-mortem directives: Define the fate of your data after your death.
