TERMS OF USE (ToU)

1. LEGAL NOTICE AND PURPOSE

1.1 Service Publisher

The Social Hub service (hereinafter "the Application") is published by: Biggie France, a simplified joint-stock company with a sole shareholder and a capital of 37,000 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 492 831 003, having its registered office at 125 rue de Saussure, 75017 Paris – France. 1.2 Host

The Application is hosted by Google Cloud Platform.

1.3 Purpose

These Terms of Use define the conditions for the provision and use of the Social Hub automated moderation service. Any access to and use of the Application implies acceptance of and compliance with all terms of these Conditions.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Social Hub is an AI-assisted content moderation and community management platform for Facebook and Instagram.

2.1 Access and Registration

Access to the service is via the website https://socialhub.biggie.co/. The user authenticates via Google SSO (Firebase system). The "Connect Facebook" button (Facebook Login) is used later, solely to link social accounts and authorize page moderation.

2.2 Connecting Meta Pages

To function, the Application requires the user to connect their Facebook pages and Professional Instagram accounts. During this connection, the user must grant the necessary permissions for the Application to operate (see section 3). Once connected, the Application retrieves the list of pages administered by the user.

2.3 Activation and Configuration

Added pages are "Inactive" by default. Activating the moderation service on a page requires:

  1. Prior validation by a Social Hub platform administrator.
  2. Configuration by the user (page settings):
    • Definition of the alert email address.
    • Configuration of operating hours.

2.4 Moderation Operation

Once the service is activated on a page:

  • Real-time Listening: The Application listens for events on the page feed (new comments).
  • AI Analysis: Each comment is analyzed by our algorithms to detect toxicity, spam, or sales opportunities.
  • Dashboard: The user tracks activity via their "Comments" dashboard.
  • Notifications: Depending on the configuration and the detected risk level, an email notification is sent to the user (informational or requesting validation).
  • Custom Rules: Moderation criteria are defined upstream with the client.

3. DATA USE AND PERMISSIONS

The Application uses Facebook permissions (Meta Graph API) strictly necessary for its operation.

3.1 Purpose of Collection

The collected data and requested permissions are solely for providing the automated moderation and community management service described in these conditions. We only collect information essential for listening, analyzing, and responding to interactions on your administered pages.

3.2 Respect for Privacy and Third Parties

  • No Advertising Use: Your data is never used for advertising purposes, marketing targeting, or sold to third parties.
  • No Transfer: Your personal data is never transferred to third parties, except to technical providers strictly necessary for the operation of the service (hosting).
  • Platform Respect: We scrupulously respect the data policies and terms of use of third-party platforms, notably Facebook and Instagram (Meta Platform Terms).

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

The user agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information during registration and configuration.
  • Have the necessary administration rights on the connected Facebook/Instagram pages.
  • Not use the service for illegal activities or contrary to Meta community standards.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the Application (software, algorithms, interfaces, texts, logos) are the exclusive property of Biggie France. Content generated by AI (response suggestions, classifications) is provided under a user license as part of the service. The user retains full ownership and responsibility for content published on their pages (posts, comments).

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Application provides moderation assistance via AI algorithms.

  • Biggie France does not guarantee 100% detection of unwanted content (risk of false positives or negatives).
  • The user remains solely responsible for the final validation of moderation actions (unless explicit automation is validated by the client).
  • Biggie France cannot be held responsible for malfunctions related to Meta API changes or third-party service interruptions.

7. TERMINATION

The user may request the termination of their account and the deletion of their data at any time via the contact form or by contacting support. Biggie France reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of non-compliance with these ToU.

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These ToU are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution falls under the competent French courts.
